This call is designed to dive deep into your daily habits and mindset. We will cover your personal blocks in your habits and mindset, where they stem from, and a personalized recommendation on how YOU can be successful in breaking and building a new mindset through your habits. By the end of this call, you will understand the physiological aspect of habits, what habits you need to focus on first and how, as well as what triggers to be aware of when breaking and building new habits. You will understand how to shift negative thoughts, how to be productive (even if you have severe ADHD), how to reroute negative behaviors, and how to get twice as much done and have more free time than you ever thought imaginable!
